After completing their first year as Brands Managers, individuals in this role will receive an increase in salary based on their performance during that year (no more than 10 percent).

To become a Brand Manager: You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills; have excellent communication skills; work well under pressure; be highly organized; be able support yourself financially when not working full-time hours (i.e., being available for weekend meetings); possess some technical knowledge about marketing and/or digital media; display initiative when needed; maintain high standards in all areas of work (e.g., quality control).
